Voeg vervolgend nog 2-3 lenteuitjes toe in kleine ringetjes en flink wat olijfolie.
Giet deze heerlijk geurende marinade over een bij de rug doormidden geknipte biologische kip. Wrijf de marinade overal waar jij vindt dat ie moet komen (Handschoenen!!), en leg de de kip 1-2 uur in de koeling om de marinade in te laten trekken.
Ondertussen de BBQ opstarten en klaar maken voor gebruik.

Meng 250gram zelfrijzend bakmeel met 250gram volle yoghurt en een 1/2 tl bakpoeder. Rol of druk deze uit tot 4 platte cirkels van max 2cm dik. Druk daar ringetjes jalapenoppepers in. Ik heb Jalapeno's uit een potje gebruikt, maar als je aan verse kan komen moet je die zeker en vast gebruiken! Bewaar de deegcirkels op een met meel bestoven bord onder een theedoek.
BBQ heet, (niet te heet, maar medium)? Leg de kip erop, deksel erop en braden maar. 3kwartier ene kant, 3 kwartier ander kant.
Zien die er niet super uit? Geweldig wat je allemaal op een BBQ klaar kunt maken, toch?
